The Solution
We constructed an orchestrator coordinating three specialized agents: a Manifest Reader Agent, a Damage Validator Agent, and a Settlement Calculation Agent. The agents collaborate through a message queue using state limits to process files.
The Outcome
The claims validation process was automated down to minutes. Operations teams now only review flagged outlier cases, reducing backlogs without compromising verification standards.
